Natasha
Owner
Natasha completed her Diploma of Beauty Therapy in 1999. She began working as a therapist in Geelong which she then advanced to manage the salon.
In 2008 Natasha moved to Hamilton to manage another salon and then opened Pure Envy in 2014. She won therapist of Victoria in 2012 and has furthered her studies becoming qualified in IPL, Skin Needling, Hydrodermabrasion and LED treatments.
Natasha loves spending time with her family – Ty and Charlotte and her partner Chuck.
Lily
Senior Beauty Therapist
Lily was awarded Beauty Trainee of the Year in 2024. She has completed her Certificate 4 in Beauty Therapy, with three years of full-time experience, as well as six months of reception experience.
Lily has a strong interest in advanced skin treatments and enjoys supporting clients through their skin journeys and focusing on improvements in both their skin and confidence. She values building genuine connections with her clients and creating a comfortable, personalised experience.
Outside of the salon, Lily enjoys socialising and spending time with her friends and family.
Bridgette
Qualified Beauty Therapist, salon team leader and marketing
Bridgette has been part of the Pure Envy team since 2022, beginning at reception and moving into the treatment rooms in 2024. She holds a Certificate 4 in Beauty Therapy and is passionate about building genuine connections with clients and helping them feel more confident in themselves.
In 2025, she was awarded the Pure Academy Beauty Trainee of the Year.
In her spare time, Bridgette enjoys playing netball and photography.
Montana
Qualified Beauty Therapist
Montana has her Certificate 4 in Beauty Services, with over a year and a half of full time experience, along with an additional year of work placement completed with school.
She enjoys helping clients feel confident and comfortable, and values creating a safe and welcoming environment where they can relax and be themselves. Montana enjoys assisting clients with their skincare needs and concerns.
Outside of the salon, Montana likes spending time with friends and family, playing netball for Coleraine, and creating makeup looks on her loved ones.
Amber
Emerging Beauty Therapist
Amber joined the Pure Envy team at the start of February 2026. She is currently completing her Certificate 4 in Beauty Therapy and enjoys being part of a warm and welcoming environment in the salon, where everyone supports and helps each other.
Outside of work, Amber enjoys going to the speedway, spending time with horses, and being outdoors
Eliza
Receptionist
Eliza joined the Pure Envy team in March 2023 as part of our reception team. She is passionate about creating a welcoming and positive environment for every client who walks through the door.
Eliza loves being part of a team that helps clients feel confident and cared for, and especially enjoys the daily client interactions and building genuine connections.
Outside of Pure Envy, Eliza also works in reception at the Hamilton Vet Clinic as a veterinary nurse. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends, waterskiing, and playing netball.
Jordi
Receptionist
Jordi joined the Pure Envy team in February 2025 and is one of the friendly faces at reception. She loves looking after clients, helping with social media, and keeping the salon clean.
In her spare time, Jordi enjoys horse riding, photography, 4WD adventures, and relaxing with a good massage. She also holds a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health and a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
Phoebe
Receptionist
Phoebe is part of the reception team and has been with the salon for over a year and a half. She enjoys the experience she continues to gain through her role, as well as working alongside a supportive team.
Outside of work, Phoebe enjoys playing netball, working, and shopping.
Chloe
Receptionist
Chloe joined the Pure Envy team in February 2026 as one of our receptionists. She enjoys being part of a friendly and welcoming salon environment and loves greeting clients and seeing them leave feeling happier and more confident.
Outside of the salon, Chloe enjoys playing hockey, working on the farm, and spending time with friends and family.
